Čudovita hiša je bila prenovljena po visokih standardih in ponuja 5 spalnic, v katerih lahko spi 10 oseb, reko, ki teče skozi vrt, bazen, savno in 10 hektarjev zemljišča.

V pritličju je čudovit jedilni prostor s starinsko jedilno mizo in stoli ter kaminom na les. Jedilnica je povezana z novo popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo. Zadnja vrata vodijo do prostora za peko na žaru s pogledom na bazen in reko. V tem nadstropju je tudi WC. Iz jedilnice je izhod na čudovito, veliko, pokrito teraso z jedilno mizo in sedežno garnituro ter kaminom. Stopnice vodijo do bazena in savne.

V prvem nadstropju so tri spalnice in velika kopalnica s kadjo, velikim tušem in dvojnim umivalnikom. V glavni spalnici je velika starinska postelja z originalnimi tlemi, nato sta še dve spalnici z dvema ločenima ležiščema.

V zgornjem nadstropju je velik odprt dnevni prostor s kaminom, bar s hladilnikom in umivalnikom. Tu je še ena spalnica z zakonsko posteljo in kopalnica. Gostom je na voljo namizni nogomet.

Pod leseno teraso se nahaja velika savna na drva in prostor za sprostitev z visečo posteljo in stoli.

Ob hiši je skedenj, ki pa se ne uporablja.

 

Opombe:

To je naravni bazen (okoli katerega je bila pred kratkim postavljena varnostna ograja), se voda črpa in filtrira ter je bleščeče čista, vendar lahko v določenih obdobjih pričakujete žuželke, paglavce, zelo majhne neškodljive pijavke ali alge … vse to je del naravnega bazena.

Lastniki in upravitelji niso odgovorni za kakršno koli škodo ali incidente, ki se zgodijo v naravnem bazenu ali njegovi neposredni bližini. Za uporabo naravnega bazena je odgovoren izključno najemnik. Otroci morajo biti ves čas pod nadzorom, najemniki pa morajo poskrbeti za ustrezno varstvo in pozornost. Bazen je odprt v poletnih mesecih. Z rezervacijo tega objekta vi in vsi, ki bivajo v hiši, se strinjate s temi pogoji.

 

Hišni ljubljenčki – Hišni ljubljenčki so dobrodošli, vendar jih morate v obrazcu za rezervacijo navesti. Sprejemamo največ 2 psa, lahko 1 velikega in 1 majhnega ali 2 majhna. Za dodatne infomracije smo vam na voljo.

Odpoved rezervacije: V primeru odpovedi do 30 dni pred prihodom nudimo 100% povrtnitev stroškov. Če je rezervacija opravljena manj kot 30 dni pred prihodom, se denar v celoti povrne ob odpovedi v 48 urah po rezervaciji in vsaj 14 dni prihodom. Po tem datumu se od 14-30 dni pred prihodom povrne 50 % stroškov. Po tem času vračila ni.

"The house is great - big, well equipped, with all basic and additional appliances. Natural pool for freshness, river for adventure. Scenery is really nice - a lot of green and mountains. You can see it all from terrace, where you can spend all day, cause it is equipped with dining table, relaxing furniture and fireplace (nice for colder evenings). "Warm and cozy house near the river. The house is situated in a very peaceful and calm place… falling asleep while listening to the sound of the river - magnificent experience. The house is fully equipped with everything one can possibly desire: fully equipped kitchen, terrace with a fireplace, sauna, BBQ place, cozy living room with a fireplace. "Wir haben die ruhige Lage und das gut ausgestattete Haus sehr genossen und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Der Schwimmteich wurde täglich ausführlich genutzt und im angrenzenden Bach (sehr erfrischend ;-)) konnten wir uns beim Bau von Staustufen abkühlen. "This place is really lovely. The house itself is nicely decorated, well-equipped and spacious but the outdoor space is particularly great. We spent most of our time on the lovely terrace overlooking the gardens and paddling about in the river at the end of the garden. Where we encountered issues or had questions, the hosts were extremely responsive. Plus, the area around the Airbnb is spectacular with loads of brilliant day and half-day trips to lakes, gorges and riverside beaches - perfect for a holiday with 3 under 5s and a dog!
